Prophecy: A Time of Restoration and Healing as We Enter Jewish New Year 5783

Over the past couple months, much has been taking place in the nations and in the realm of the Spirit. The Lord told me in August the nations would reach a boiling point. We have been at a crucial tipping point.

A tipping point is a point at which a very significant change occurs; a decisive moment. Rapid change and realignments are being accelerated in the nations and across the board. We are in a time where we’ll continue to see a changing of guard in the nations, the political realm and in the body of Christ.

Praying and decreeing the Word of the Lord is our greatest weapon in this time. Our greatest place of power and influence starts on our knees. James 5:16, NKJV reads, “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” Prayer is effective when we engage in it because it carries and releases the power of God. Avail means to have sufficient power, force, efficacy for the object (kingjamesbibledictionart.com).

When we pray, we are releasing the sufficient power of God to deal with what stands before us. Don’t forsake the place of prayer. The church of Acts would often gather together and prayer to shift circumstances (Acts 12:5).

5783

We’re coming into another prophetic window in August, September and October. September 25-27 is the Jewish celebration of Rosh Hashana, The Head of The Year, which is the Jewish new year. We’ll be stepping into 5783. You can expect the dream to be active and it will be a time of heavenly downloads and watch what takes place in our government in the fall. One of the meanings of 5783 is the year of retribution. Retribution is the dispensing or receiving of reward or punishment (merriam-webster.com). The 3 is the Hebrew letter Gimel. The picture of the Hebrew letter indicates a man walking or a man of righteousness that gives riches. This represents the abundance and riches of God running after us.

As we step into 5783, the year of Retribution, we’re going to see a giving out of blessings and curses. This will be a time where God makes things right. Those who have continued to seek Him despite their circumstances will be openly rewarded. On the flip side of this, God will continue to release His justice. The overturning of Roe v Wade was significant and has released a time of justice in America.

One of the other meanings is stability. As God deals with the things that are false, He’s balancing the scales and releasing stability throughout the land.

August

As we stepped into August, the eighth month, we entered into a time of new beginnings. Behold God is doing a new thing, can you not discern it (Isa. 43:18). The Hebrew letter for the number 8 in the Hebrew alphabet is Chet. The picture for this letter is two pillars with a covering over them. One meaning of this picture is the doorway of life. The doorway of life indicates one is stepping from death to life. Anytime something new happens, there must be a death of something. As you have crossed over the threshold of August something new is being birthed in you. What brings a regeneration, or a creating of the new, is the Word of God. There are seeds of the Word of God that have been lying dormant in your life that are getting ready to spring up. In an appointed time you’re going to harvest the blessing if you don’t lose heart (Gal. 6:9). Don’t give up, you’ve come too far.

Restoration

When I began to search for the prophetic meaning for this month, the door way of life, the Lord had been speaking to me about tents. One of the other meanings of Chet is a picture of two pillars, and a covering over them. Tents are a very prophetic symbol. They can represent a mindset, a wineskin, your heart/life and a place of encounter. I believe Isaiah 54 is one of the words and declarations for the times we’re in. To give context to this passage the Israelites had been in exile, but King Cyrus allowed them to come back in the land that was rightfully theirs. Let’s take a look at it.

Isaiah 54:1-3

“’Sing, O barren one, who did not bear; break forth into singing and cry aloud, you who have not been in labor! For the children of the desolate one will be more than the children of her who is married,’” says the Lord. “’Enlarge the place of your tent and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out do not hold back; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left, and your offspring will possess the nations and will people the desolate cities.’”

This was, and is, a picture of restoration. What does restoration mean? It means to give back, return, to put or bring back into existence or use to bring back or put back into a former or original state. To renewal, revive and to reestablish. The Lord desires to bring restoration to the areas of your life and heart that have been broken, dry and dead. Here are keys to restoration and harvest in this season.
